The MERA MEN Initiative

The MERA MEN initiative is a mentorship program that grew organically from the MERA AI program. Its creation was inspired by feedback from youth participants who cited their interactions with successful men, like founder Montréal Cain, as a pivotal factor in getting their lives on the right track. In response, MERA Cares assembled a diverse group of men to serve as mentors and role models for the youth.

The MERA MEN initiative is built on a foundation of mentorship, community service, and positive role modeling. The mentors are a diverse group of professionals who are committed to supporting the next generation.
